I'm a student, currently enrolled in postgraduate food studies and living in cozy Adelaide.
I have become accustomed to all things cheap and tasty (both at home and eating out) which becomes a habit as I enter my fourth year of student life. I save my pennies to travel and eat internationally and am always eager to learn about new dishes and ingredients.
My recipes are just things I decide to make at home, there's no proper theme but I try to keep it seasonal and fresh. I feel strongly about eating ethically and am still learning about this but try to cut back on meat consumption and make better choices about where/what I purchase. I also believe that you don't have to spend a lot to eat well, you just have to know what to do!
I have an obsession with Chinese dumplings and also enjoy occasionally gorging myself on cheese. If this sounds like your piece of cake, please read on!
